Very unprofessional. Watch out surprising hidden charge months after you return the car. Not recommend at all.

Needed a moving truck. Online it said they had 2 trucks available for reservation. I reserved one and prepaid. The site said 1 was available for reservation at this point. When I arrived a few minutes later, nobody was at the front desk. A woman taking care of two kids in the back noticed me told me they had no trucks when I told her I was there for one. There were two trucks outside. When I asked about the two trucks out front they told me they were already reserved and wouldn't rent to me. I tried to explain that I was one of the reservations.
I grabbed my phone from the car and came back in and tried to explain that I really had a reservation and already paid, showing them my phone. Her and a man from the back started getting angry with me and told me they were going to cancel my reservation and would hold my money for a week. I was never rude or nasty with the employees, but they were from the moment they started talking to me.
I was staying at a hotel down the street, and I noticed a third truck parked in the front later that afternoon. The three trucks stayed there overnight.
Service was horrible and so were the staff. They should look into daycare services so they can be less stressed and frustrated at work.
