Budget Car Rental

I'm trying to get a hold of you guys since Monday I need a phone number to get a hold of you guys I'm stuck out of town can't get back until Monday sometime I have to work but you guys will be closed..

On average, I rent cars 6-10 weeks a year and Budget has always been my preference. Until recently, I thought they were fair and had decent pricing, however, two of my last three Budget rentals, they've dinged me $50 for a pea-sized nick in the windshield, and $800 for a small scuff to a bumper. I'd bet my bottom dollar both were there when I picked up the cars. It seems Budget has gone to nit picking to boost revenue, and it feels a little like a racket, so I'll be taking my business elsewhere going forward.

Very rude employee, the two women on the counter were very rude I dont recommend renting from here. The worst experience ever I had with rentals was here.

Terrible customer service. Not courteous at all. Id take my business to enterprise they were much nicer there
