        Every aspect of the rental truck service was poor. I reserved a truck and auto trailer one month in advance. I called several days ahead of pickup, and they confirmed both would be ready. When I arrived, they said the trailer was late but was coming. The next day, they said the same several times before admitting they never actually had a trailer. This resulted in me having to ship my car last minute instead of towing it like I intended. The truck itself was in pretty rough condition and even leaked water onto me while driving it through rain. Do not use Budget to rent a truck.

        Wish there was a negative star on here we recently rented a moving truck from there and there was a hole in the fuel tank and leaked a lot of oil now this trash company wants to hold my wives refund because they wanna make sure we didnt damage it mind you it was leaking when we got out of the truck once we got home to start loading up for our move . Pretty dirty company if you ask me I hope this gets resolved cause im sure budget wont like getting reported do better you guys ..
