        They stole money from me! Now they saying they cant find the charges! Wow where do I start. Lets just say the mistakes they have made are just dumb. Not even sure how they over charged me $361 and then tell me I have to wait a week for my money that should have NEVER been taken. I want to rant and rave because its unacceptable, but nobody is going to do nothing about it. They have definitely lost a customer though.

        The service for AVIS Rental car was Sub par. The employees seem to either be new or unfamiliar with their own company policies. For example, my corporate rate at other locations are stored in their database but at this particular location they require a badge or ID. MAKES complete nonsense, if there was a rating less than 1 star this AVIS would certainly be worthy of it.
