      Reservation number #473 12/30-1/2/24 we provided excellent last min service to accommodate you, the facts are below Your $500 security deposit was completely forfeited because 1. You drove over the allowed 600 total miles by an additional 270 miles, by driving to Las Vegas for New Years Eve2. You Returned the vehicle 4 hours late on 1/2/243. When you returned the vehicle it had scratches and scrapes on the rear gate and bumper , which we provide pre trip photos showing condition before all trips4. You agreed to pay for the mileage overages & damages but said you would pay out of pocket via text (which we have screenshots and have provided to the insurance company) we were patient for 3 days only for you to blocked us and ignore emails from us and your own insurance company.We have been a staple here in Torrance and have a superb reputation.
