Terrible experience. Jennifer is rude and has no customer service skills. The manager Tracy is short. They don't return calls. I am happier with my new bank. Don't waste your time.

Tracy, Bob, and Jennifer are such a welcoming group! They really know how to make you feel at home and are very attentive and diligent in servicing all of my banking needs.

This is the most inconvenient bank for anyone who works and needs to actually walk into a bank. I get it hours are shorter due to Covid but you open at 9am then go to lunch by 11am and are only open until 3:30???? Your only open for 2 hours before closing for a 30 min lunch. Then nothing on the weekends to accommodate working customers. For a bank that prides themselves on taking care of their customers they sure don't have the hours that prove it.

Tracy Tran personally called me today to follow up on the claim investigation, and to explain to update me on what was going on.  While the situation is frustrating, the fact that Tracy took time out of her day to check up on me and to apologize and explain what was going on is much appreciated and is just another example of the amazing customer service that First Republic Bank is famous for.  I will admit that there was most certainly some misunderstandings going on during my last visit, and the employees at the San Ramon branch have gone above and beyond to assist me and make things right.  This kind of top-level relationship banking reminds me of why I continue to trust the First Republic Bank- San Ramon branch with my banking needs.
