I have never been more disgusted with the treatment I have received from my banker and the branch manager after being a very happy client for almost 4 years NowI complained about two of the bankers at the Beverly Hills location I had not been to the Studio City location in quite some time and decided to go there to withdraw money that I needed to withdraw for my trip all of a sudden a couple days later I got a call that my bank account is being closed because I was rude I was not rude to any of the branch bankers at the Studio City location in fact I said that I was going to start coming to the studio city location because it wasn't far and I get better service there and I don't like the Beverly Hills location The manager was very rude to me and insisted that I come in to close my bank account they can close your account whenever they deem they want to without explanation without you having to do anything wrong this is wrong I used to rant and rave about what a great bank first republic was but now I am telling you it is the worst bank you can ever do business with they don't care about who they hurt they don't care about how they hurt you and as a result I'm going to go on live television and make this a story so people can know that even smaller banks that are supposed to have good reputations treat people with such disrespect and disregard for their feelings the manager Sherry couldn't have been more rude to me if she tried and she said I disrespected her bankers at the Studio City location I love the Studio City location I was on my best behavior and I talked about how great they were and that is insulting them that's an insult to me to say something that was a blatant lie I'm trying to reach corporate so they know what their bankers are doing and what their managers are doing and that they are destroying their reputation and I will go on national TV I will make a call today because I work in the TV and film industry and I will report this so no one has to go through what I had to go through I had to cut my business trip short because I was in such shock and Desiree about what was happening and now I have to look for a new bank and I don't like half the banks out there and my banker she could care less about how much she hurt me she broke a trust that I don't think I could ever have back and it's not like I don't have a lot of money in the account I do and I'm having a lot of deposits for jobs I just signed on to do but they don't care the bottom line is they treat their customers like crap and I am going to make it public knowledge on live television as a result I hope someone in corporate sees this he gets back to me before August 8 because that's my deadline of when I have to close my bank accounts for no reason
