Not a very upfront group. I would consider visiting other banks first before seeing if they can offer better deals first.

The lady who does the notary hung up on me and called me a bad name after I said that I could not understand her strong accent.

There on a Monday, 3:30..one person in line, one teller, after 10 minutes and four in line I went to ask why there is only one teller. I am told by someone at a desk ones on break, this proceeded till there were eight people in line. I had to find someone after 20 minutes of waiting, when I think the manager comes out and questions why Im complaining about the teller serviceby this time Im still second in line, trying to make a deposit and all of a sudden everyone that was sitting around is now in the teller line the manager asked me why Im not using the atmI explained I want a live person to take care of my banking needsMy opinion is This day and age no one should have to wait for customer service within reason. This bank had the same two extra people sitting at their desks, when they could have been on the teller line earlierCaution: this particular branch and their customer service.

There is a reason this place has 2.5 stars never enough tellers they shut down mid-day so their teller can go on break go to a different spot, this one is terrible

Wells Fargo needs to add more diversity into this location. The service is horrible.
