Friendly staff, but there was a bit of a wait and line when I came in on weekday afternoon with my mom who is a senior citizen. Only 2 tellers were working.

ANA your very RUDE and unprofessional. I did not feel comfortable and safe with you handling my account information. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bad for business

It's an ATM. Unless you make an appointment, you won't get help with the most basic services, and tell you to call in, which takes an hour+, or use their app/website, which don't work well.

The customer service was magnificent and I was surprised as to how much they really do care about their patrons. Even the security guard on duty was friendly. I would definitely recommend this financial establishment to anyone and everyone!
