Hi, This guy is not deserve work here, he just know well how insulting customers in his awful words, you can track the moment from the uploaded photos, I was there with my wife to open an account, we know we have a poor account, but he shouldnt insult us for not having enough money and he got a real state agent to buy a house for us, and also yelling in his every worst words. this report is not enough for him, why I didnt get the survey after my visit because he understood, thats why he didnt sent me the survey. As an auditor I know how to raise the allegations and where to send it. Whether I dont follow up this may happen to the other customers too. If somebody is not able to track the moments I remember his every awful words. I may write to the compliance control department too.
