Excellent Bank with a friendly staff. I needed a business trust account and they were able to provide me everything that I needed. The banking experience they give is unlike anywhere else Ive been and the homemade cookies are excellent!

I refinanced my home here in Santa Barbara with the help of Karin Napel at First Republic Bank. I'm still working from home due to the coronavirus, so unfortunately I never had the chance to meet her. Nonetheless, Karin was able to provide me with a very competitive loan and was exceptionally helpful and patient in guiding me through the somewhat tedious process of securing it. Every time that I emailed her with a question (and there were many...), she would answer almost immediately. I found Karin through a friend who had recently closed on a jumbo loan from First Republic. She recommended Karin to me, and I'm so glad that she did!

Sincere appreciation to Jason Moumtzoglou, your Branch Manager in Santa Barbara.   It is with great gratitude that I write this letter. Though it is a fact that the bank is giving us very good service consistently, I cannot be blind to the exemplary and stellar performance of Jason.  I know well that the bank cannot give anything extra in financial terms or positional elevation just for one person.
