Apparently exchanging a 10 dollar bill for a roll of quarters is too much effort and not part of the plan to make a good first impression. Seriously. I will never become a customer, thanks for saving me the time.

I came into the branch to open a business account since , I already had a personal account here. The very pretty lady who I never seen before named Priscilla help me by setting an appointment with the business specialist Julian.She also took the time to share other business options and help me with my mobile banking. I hope she stays at this location, she has been very patient with my needs and very courteous and not rude like the others in the past.

Take your business elsewhere, I truly wish I had read these reviews before going here... I dont know if theyre incompetent or negligent but I had weeks of time wasted here. Victor was helping me and after countless unanswered emails and calls I find out he was fired and my paperwork wasnt turned in as it was supposed to be, so Sam took over... At which point no one took responsibility for countless oversights and I was told I had to reapply. Ive never felt so disrespected by a financial institution, it was to the point of financial malpractice. I dont write reviews but after hearing other peoples experiences I had to share mine. Not one person stepped up and apologized for wasting my time, and upon calling their 800 number no one would take accountability for their employees poor performance. Not who you want managing your finances...
