U.S. Bank Branch

One of the best service experiences Ive had with a teller. Sam was so helpful and friendly and patiently answered my questions. Great asset to the branch!!

I love my Sierra Madre US Bank branch! The tellers are so helpful and friendly. And another good reason I bank there besides the great service is I can park on the roof of Vons and do the 2 stories of stairs a few times while I'm there. Also, I grew up in the outskirts of Seattle in the '60s. My parents banked at a branch of US Bank that was a very large trailer on a vacant lot. So I have always been partial to US Bank and obviously for good reason.

Below is my original 1 star review. I was contacted by US Bank (Shirre) and she was so helpful and nice, helping me sort out through our rough beginning - from letting me know that my old checks still work, up to and including my complaint that their debit cards are hideous. I now have a new beach themed debit card and the kinks worked out. Thank you for being so dedicated to customer satisfaction. Shirre was a 5 star experience. ORIGINAL: They bought out Union Bank, and my account, and so far they have screwed up one autopay (sending out the correct amount one time, then reverting back to an old amount changed before they even took over). When they took over, they didn't send checks. When I tried to order checks to send out to correct their underpayment, I found they charged a fee for checks. Their alert system is full of unnecessary information (transaction criteria? I don't need that, I need the amount and current balance!). They debit you a monthly fee even if you meet their criteria to waive the fee and then refund it back. WHY? If you want an aggravating and inconvenient banking experience, I suggest you come here - they've nailed subpar. I really really miss Union Bank.
