      image The branch manager assistance is so rude. I came in and right away had an attitude . Then the branch manager also had an attitude I felt frightened of how bad his energy was they did not want to hear my issue. I was trying to explain my situation and he just brushed it off waving his hand like get out of here . Gave me a weird feeling I am 62 and do not need this treatment so early in the morning. They sure are not happy because it was 9:30 and were not happy to assist. No wonder my co workers in the us bank building are closing their accounts with us bank. The previous branch managers were so gracious I wasnt afraid to walk in and ask for assistance. I am working on getting my account transfer to another bank. Not happy.
