This is the worst of the worst. They tried to steal a few dollars from my account and refused to reverse the charge. I was on the phone with them over 4 hours and no one wanted to fix the error they made. I finally visited a commerce ,ca branch and met Crystal, relationship banker. She took the time to listen and took an action to resolve all my issues. I would not recommend bank of the west to anyone. But if you are banking with them and have issues, Crystal will be there to fight for you.

If I could give zero stars to the service they do... For sure I'll do, the bank was empty, 10 minutes or less for the transaction that suppose I go there because I have an account with the bank, but they took at about half hour or more for nothing, cause the cashier have no clue how to do that procedure and asked to the manager ( an old lady that had no clue either) the cashier went and go back at about 2 times just to let me know they can't I think they just don't care about to solve the client needs. honestly I'm mad because my mom is sick and needed to buy some meds.

4 employees, 2 cuddling in the back, 1 with the maintenance workers gossiping and 1 teller chatting with another person like no one is standing waiting for help. Terrible service
