DO NOT RENT CARS FROM HERE! STAR HAS 0 customer service and like to make up her own rules to squeeze more money out of you. Multiple times was I told she wasnt able to provide a service first time renting from this location they told me they didnt accept my Uber business debit card. (Which they do.) after pressing the issue for more than 15 minutes she finally behooved herself to enter in my card info (as it was already uploaded and used on the Avis app before) and it worked. Next I came in the following week to renew rental because I was told I HAVE to come in every week. ( you dont.) after trying to charge my card twice while locked. I proceeded to call over 30 times ring no answer. After making my way to the location I was told 2 things. 1 I wasnt going to be able to renew till the following day (because of Uber rental hours) and that she wont be able to process the transaction again because it will mark the transaction as fraud. NEITHER OF WHICH IS TRUE. She again refused service so I pressed an issue and got what I wanted at the end. Transaction went thru and she didnt have to wait to process the next day. Was told she was making an exception. TO TOP IT ALL OFF I recently returned the rental before my weekly renewal (Thursday) and dropped the vehicle off on a Monday morning 9am. Lady at front desk told me they were not able to prorate me out for the rest of the week I expressed of course you can have star call me when she gets in the office at 1pm. NEVER did I receive a call. I call today on Thursday. The status is still pending and she spoke with me and told me she would not be able to refund me the remaining days on my contract. ALL OF THIS IS NOT TRUE. Ive been renting with Avis for the Uber rental program and NEVER have I ever dealt with such on ignorant location. Customer is always right. But Star apparently knows best! Told me she didnt care if I left bad reviews and that theres nothing she can do. She can. Shes just not going to do it because she doesnt want to do it. THIS LOCATION Deserves to be shut down! Edit: Just got off the phone with cooperate office. They made the proper adjustments. lol bunch of liars here. Good for nothing location. I recommend the location in Roseville by Sierra College!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE MANAGER STAR!!! Extremely RUDE!!!!and not very helpful. I will NEVER use this location again!!
