The Avis manager (Ara) at the Santa Ana Main Street office really cares about his customers. He ascertains their needs and tries his best to accommodate them. There is always a personal touch in his dealing with his customers, remember their names and treats them like friends.

Customer service is excellent. The quality of cars available is very good overall it was a very good experience. Its one of the reasons I continue to go back with them year after year.

I booked my reservation very last minute due to a sudden loss that I had to drive north for. I wasn't in the right headspace and I feel bad I can't recall his name but the gentleman who closed that evening immediately informed me that I had booked an electric car and when he saw that I was on a time crunch and flustered from the overwhelm, he went out of his way to call and see if we could swap for a gasoline car. I felt so relieved and well taken care of. He was patient, friendly, positive, and encouraging. His last words to me were, "Promise me that the next time you come back, it's not for reasons such as this." I drove away feeling comforted and filled with gratitude for those words. Thank you Avis! Superb customer service and care. I will definitely prioritize all car rental needs through Avis from now on.

Avis car rental on Main St in Santa Ana CA is great. The customer service is awesome!
