The Santa Cruz office was very helpful in securing a rental on short notice and made picking up and returning the rental. They made the whole experience easy. They were great!

I can not thank these guys enough. We were on family vacation and our trucks transmission grenaded on us leaving us stranded 400 miles from home. Only option was to rent a car and drive home. Unfortunately nobody had any cars. After explaining our situation Manish went above and beyond to get us into a vehicle so my family and I could get home. 10/10 recommend and thank you guys again. I'm in your debt

The manager Mannish. Was very disrespectful and rude on the phone. Told me it is corporate policy that I cannot rent with my debit card. Under age 25 when I have rented from another Avis location before with my debit card mannish was swearing at me on the phone. And was not helpful in anyway. Told me Avis does not allow me to rent with a debit card. When Ive done it before and have had zero issue. And when I brought up the young driver fee he brushed it away. And said there was no such thing as a young driver fee formal complaint with corporate has been made. I will take this manager down.

Very good service at this location. The manager Mannish is personable and extremely helpful. My experience with Avis customer service on the phone really sucked, but Mannish was great at resolving my issues. I would definitely rent a car here again.
