Excellent service, no surprise charges, car in great shape! I had an issue with the GPS / WiFi hotspot that I had rented, the charger wouldnt work, fortunately I had my phone GPS, but I reported it at car return and they refunded the cost of the GPS.

At the time I rent the car I have been told I can extend it with same price
When I called to extend it they said I have to pay new fare which was double
Very rude customer service
I even talked with supervisor and he said
He can not do anything and I have to extend the rent with double price very very rudely
Also they over charged my credit card $50
For something that they said it is free when
They gave me the car and at the time of drop off I said they said this option is free but the person said NO you have to pay for that

Rented a Tesla and it came with free charging. Many places to charge, Tesla was fun to drive and free charging saved big bucks

I travel for work and I can definitely rely on Avis for car rental across the US including Canada.. Thanks, Avis
