Highly recommend a different Hertz location if possible to anyone reading this. They were shady to me, they seemed to only care about milking me out of the most money possible, they didn’t honor their word, and they had me waiting long periods of time on hold, one time up to an hour because they forgot I was on the line. I can honestly say that my quality of life plummeted directly after doing business with them because I did business with them.

I have been using this location consistently for over a year for my car rentals. Business has me traveling between San Diego and Texas almost every other month and usually for weeks at a time. Never had an issue with this location's staff or the rental process. The ladies at the front desk are very professional, accommodating and always prompt with processing my car rentals and returns which is why I keep coming back.
