Alejandro arrived on time, inspected the job, got a quote then proceeded to do the job. He was well prepared, explained what he was doing, cleared the drain, tested it multiple times, before he cleaned up and carefully put his tools away. I would definitely recommend Alejandro and Oreo Pro for any plumbing emergencies.

Chris B., the technician that came out was very cordial and professional. I dont believe what I was charged for was fair. He did spend time on hold waiting to talk to the hot water heater manufacturer, so from a time perspective I understand perhaps the cost. I question whether a seasoned person would have needed to call the manufacturer in the first place to complete checks. I did not move forward with their recommendation to install additional equipment as I wasnt confident that would solve the issue and did not want to sink further money indefinitely. I am seeking a second opinion. As of now I unfortunately would not recommend Oro. Update to post - I did get another opinion and the issue was with the hot water heater itself. If we went with the recommendation from Oro, then we would have incurred unnecessary cost and not fixed the issue.
