      image I had Fernando help me with routine maintenance on my Navien hot water system.  He was prompt, neat, and professional.  He allowed me to watch and even showed me some tips and tricks.  He also noted where the original installer took some "short cuts" and really revealed a deep understanding of adding this new tech to an old house.

      image Woke up yesterday morning to a tepid shower. Saw the water heater was leaking at the seams. Called a number that was on the safety sticker on the heater but they couldn't get out the same time. I googled local Water heater repairs and Shoreway came up high on the list. I called and they said they could send someone out late afternoon. They arrived with a replacement water heater, installed it and took the 15 year old one away. They left the site cleaner than when they arrived. Very pleased. Service: Water heater installation
