They have the skills to fix the problem. The problem I have is how they bill. They charge $205 for a visit. They came out to found the problem and said they needed to order the part and would come out a second time. The first visit took 15 minutes. The 2nd visit also took 15 minutes for a total labor charge of $410 plus parts. I guess the days of techs carrying parts is no longer there. I understand a charge for two visits is fair but the rate was high for actual work performed. I had used this company when the father was running it but will be looking elsewhere.
