Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with Leo and would not recommend his service as he is dishonest. We have provided all the pictures and explanations of the job that needs to be done. We had 4 phone calls with him and my husband explained in details what needs to be done. We agreed on the cost and waited for him to come out. He sent the guys over as he was not available, after which he told us he will do the job for 3x times more!! There were NO changes to the original job we asked him to complete. This was absolutely not acceptable or reliable because we waited for his availability and could not use our gas stove. Now, we are back to a disconnected stove with no ability to cook with a small child for days.

Highly recommend Oscar who is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the causes for our kitchen problem and resolved it for us. Overall a very easy and pleasant experience.

Discount Plumbing has been our go-to plumber for 30 yrs! They installed a back flow valve and pressure vessel. Replaced 60 feet of sewer line that had collapsed. They used their trench-less system and did not have to dig up the yard. They even went under our driveway saving us thousands! They cut out the old clean out and replaced with a new one and cemented it in. And installed an extra clean out. Everything looks great! They also replaced 2 toilets and cleared out clogged drains over the years. Always quick to respond and good communication. No surprises! I never inquired with other plumbers because I know Discount will do what they say they will at great pricing! And on time!

Avo at Discount Plumbing & Rooter are amazing. I had what I thought was a simple clogged drain and it turned into a massive re-piping job. From beginning to end Avo and his crew were top notch. I got same day within 2 hours of calling service. Everything was kept super clean and efficient. When they were done - 1 day ahead of schedule! - you couldn't tell anything happened.
