I called Bayshore Plumbers because my kitchen sink did not drain and was backed up. They immediately responded and the technician came within half an hour. He was professional and knowledgeable He fixed the issue quickly. Thank you very much for taken care of us.

Exceptional knowledge & service. I had a very thorough review of appliances & plumbing, in a unit & during that time learned was that the water heater for optimun function needed "2" ball valves. Parts were on board, & the install was carried out in a timely manner. I've had several successful call outs with the Bayshore Plumbers, so will definitely plan to continue working with them in the future. I can add to my former comments by saying that on another visit a piping & valves install was professionally completed. I found I had missing parts from a former owner's install, and now the tankless will have full function. The reps continually attend classes, and no other group thus far has proven to me, they are as understanding of tankless heaters... so I am most pleased with all efforts. Thank You Bayshore Plumbers! More dependable, & expert installation help today with some final water heater parts. Extremely confident with all the advice and hands-on work efforts! Today, Jose of Bayshore Plumbers helped with a replacement of toilet valve, which was special ordered for a Kohler model. Order, and install calendaring was very timely, and I consider this another job well done! Thanks Again Bayshore Plumbers! Bayshore is my only call out service group, so I look to their expertise in all categories. They have established professionalism, but as well a trust level in all categories. My recent callout was for a disposal repair, and as my go-to group, I'm of course, as always, very pleased with the outcome. Today I called upon Bayshore Plumbers for a toilet leak remedy. As I've come to rely on..........wonderful service, and timely technician dispatch. Today a dishwasher malfunction was cured. Some piece of plastic became lodged in the water hose, but it was successfully cleaned out. All was restored to working order and a Thank You to Jose & Bayshore Plumbers! Bayshore Plumbers performed a move-out review of home recently, and as always, Jose was most thorough. All checked out except a garbage disposal. There was some obstruction, grinding, then Jose cleared it, but unfortunately leaking followed from under the disposal. This resulted in a replacement of disposal. All ended on a good note! Thank You Bayshore! Jose of Bayshore Plumbers performed a service check on all appliances, drains, shutoff valves, toilet, and washer/ dryer. As always, a perfect job! A tankless water heater needed a boost, but looks like we're still on our way to a replacement. Whatever it is, I know that Bayshore Plumbers will do the best job! Rental move-out inspection on 09/13 went well.....all systems in check. Thank You, Bayshore Plumbers, Jose, & his assist! Had a thorough review of unit plumbing following a tenancy move-out. A kitchen faucet set had to be replaced & Bayshore Plumbers made sure all was in good order! Thanks Jose & to my Bayshore Plumbers Team! Jose did another superb job, this time being called upon for a garbage disposal replacement. All was back in order in no time! Today I was expecting an HOA sewer cleanout, and got quite the eye opening education. We have 2 sewer cleanouts, not just one, as has been been believed. Our incomplete blueprints don't show the sewer line piping. but Jose did a thorough walk-around, and is confident he knows where the pipes connect. Opticam viewing gave a good visual of the pipe condition, and we now have added considerations for the cleanout.
