I called Ben Frankllin to get a basic estimate for a standard task / replacing a sink faucet ( labor only ) and their policy is "we know nothing unless you pay for a technicians assessment" . Seriously ? This was Not a remodel nor to include the faucet , just the labor basic . An experienced company would have some knowledge regarding their charges for certain task staples barring complications of course . Ben Franklin was Not able to do that .

This is in regards to one of your lovely drivers who decided to turn left as I was approaching and turned in front of me to where I had to brake so I wouldn't hit him and as turned he slowly turns and stared at me with the big smug look on his face and a cigarette sticking out of his mouth. Seriously? If this is the type of people you have working and representing your company, I would never hire you for a job nor would I rederyou!

I was freaking out thinking we had a slab leak. They came out some day, did a pressure test, determined that it was air in the pipes and charged nothing. They will be my plumbers forever! :)
