I just read a review that is exactly what happened to me. I did not know of the new policy of making appointments. Thats fine. But the receptionist was awfully rude about it. I have been coming to this location for over 15 years. New policy. Thats fine I understand. In addition my doctors office faxed over a request for blood work. I was told they did not receive it. Ok I understand. Sent again. Both times the doctor had two confirmations that it was sent. I called to verify the fax number was correct, it was. The same receptionist said it was not received. Finally after 35 minutes I asked again and without looking I was told it was not sent. Every office has bad days. But it appears the same front office staff has not been told of the other people that have complained about being treated poorly. I would be happy to speak with management about my experience.

My appointment was for 8:30, it is 8:55 and I am still waiting... What is the purpose of making an appointment if you have to wait to get in anyway. Claudia is not accomodating at all. Please don't move Debbie and Stephan again. It is a nightmare when they are gone. As it turns out, Claudia did not update my insurance information either, even though she asked for and was given my new insurance card. I received a notice that I will be billed for the bloodwork if my insurance is not updated. Well if you did not hire incompetent employees, I would not have to do their job for them. I will be looking for another company for future bloodwork. UPDATE: Called today to confirm that my doctors order was submitted. Marika informed me that she was too busy to check and would call me in an hour. I cancelled my appointment.
