I despise leaving negative reviews, but today I had no choice.
I've always had a pleasant experience at this location. Staff is professional and nice. I stopped at this location last week ( left after 45 min due to work)and this morning without an appointment as I have in the past. I'm well aware, patients with appointments are seen first. Again, never had an issue prior to this morning. I arrive at 7:02am. location opens at 7. In the waiting area, theirs about 8-10 patients waiting. Sign in and sit down.... Everyone's been called back and another turn of new patients. At this time its about 805. Kind of odd as its literally all new patients. I heard a patient ask how much longer as she checked in about 20 minutes after I did. They couldn't find her checked in. ( I saw her check In). Now I'm curious, so I asked the receptionist, who is as dry as the Arizona desert to all of us, If she sees my name checked in. NOPE! No apology, no help with appointments. Just dry as dust attitude. She gives you a pen and a piece of paper to fill out after you in check into the Kiosk.
How are you the front desk receptionist and see the same person for the past hour and not question why is this person still here?
Other patients were being taken back, even the patient and her mother that checked in 20 min after I did, were taken back and were gone. At 830am, I asked her to remove my name. To sit and hour and a half is an absolute joke. Its not like this place was swarming with patients out the door. Was it steady? yes, busy busy? no!
Someone needs to pull out the training manual and reread the portion about customer service!

Awesome front office staff and phlebotomist! Wait was reasonable for not making an appointment. Highly recommended

I'll be the first to admit that I'm not sure how a lab should run, but I know that this one has horrible operations. We waited nearly two hours and, while we were a walk in, there were people here with an appointment waiting nearly as long. There would be periods where no one was being called back, yet we would see groups of staff standing around the front desk, so I'm not sure who was even doing what. There was extreme disorganization and it was a long, awful experience.

This is a very very understaffed location! I however, was able to walk in and get my labs done towards the end of the day around 4:00 when they close at 5:00. I was very very grateful the women were all wonderful, the check-in desk was clean and germ-free it appeared..... And the entire waiting room was packed full of people. They will give you the option to wait outside and have them text you when your name comes up and it is your turn. That is what I did and it worked perfectly and although they kept apologizing for the long wait time I was absolutely impressed with how quick it was. They are all very courteous they are very professional it's very clean and very fast. I definitely give this place an excellent reading because I have Labs done different places and I appreciate your professionalism, personable service and the clean environment.
You ladies are doing wonderful thank you for your hard work!
