Update: It is now 21 days and I still do not have my test results! This is a very poor waste of tax dollars in my opinion. Original Review: Very poor service! I got tested on December 28 and 14 days later, I still do not have my test results! I was originally told I would have my results in 3 days, by January 31. That didn't happen, so I called Northshore Clinical Labs (who they send their tests to) and waited on hold for over an hour on January 6 and was "reassured" by the representative that I would have the results by January 7 latest. Then the lab that they send their results to (Northshore Clinical Labs) changed their website to say 3 to 14 days for turnaround. Today is day 14 and still no results, so I called again and waited over an hour and a half. I was told they STILL don't have my results! I demanded to talk with a manager, was put on hold for another half hour to have the rep come back and say, "My manager is not available. Have a nice day!" and hung up on me! I have submitted a formal complaint with the Attorney General of Chicago, IL where the lab is located and with the Better Business Bureau. I don't so vehemently dislike a company, but what they have demonstrated is beyond poor customer service. Stay away!

I went here after exposure and the two gentlemen working were so nice. I was in and out and had my results in about 30 minutes. It's very hard to spot but once you find it it's an amazing place to get tested. I will definitely share with my friends and do all future testing here. And the office door say they're open every day 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

GO TO EMBRY HEALTH. They said they have curbside testing, just call when you get there, but the individual locations do not have phone numbers where you can call in and reach someone. They also said they would email my result within 1 hour. I went mid day. They closed for the day at 445 and never sent my results. I missed time from work to go get a test and still don't have my results. GO TO EMBRY HEALTH.
