        The red head staff girl was EXTREMELY rude to my grandfather. This has not been the first time hes been treated wrongly and has had a bad experience with staff at this location, even after being a loyal patient for years. He will be going to labcorp moving forward

        Richard is an amazing phlebotomist! He was fast and friendly. I've had many negative experiences in the past (not with Sonora Quest) and he let me know that they weren't my fault. I never knew a blood draw could be a positive experience. Thanks, so much, Richard!
