Just left a little after 6:25 am, there was one person in front of me. Phlebotomist was nice, kiosk said it was unable to find me even though I made an appointment signed me in and the lady at the desk didnt even acknowledge me!! Is she like that with everyone or CERTAIN PEOPLE

June 2023: Why I went back to this location I have no idea. I called this office prior to arriving to see if I needed to fast before my blood work. The female who answered the phone said no. While checking in at the front desk the female at the front desk said I couldnt do the blood work because I needed to be fasting prior. So I left without getting my bloodwork done. I talked to my doctor and she said I didnt need to fast for the blood. October 2022: I stood at the front desk for probably 10 minutes. Two employees sat in front of me working on the computer and not once did someone say hello or that they would be with me in one moment. The young generation has no courtesy these days. They grew up with their faces stuck in their phones too busy to learn etiquette. So darkening.

They argued with us because I had signed in but it wasnt showing up on their end.Telling me to sign in and theyll take me as a walk in.
