i switched over from cricket because my service sucked and was promised fast internet. But after a week my internet was so slow and sometimes I don’t have internet access at ALL!!!! even after switching to unlimited. This makes no sense to me when I’m paying for unlimited high speed !!!! the employee Katie lied to us about several things but mostly about us being on the 9gigs plan we would not be shared with 4 lines we have. To be honest Yes customer service was good but I do not appreciate Katie lying to us just to get a sale.

Garrett helped me purchase a new iPhone XR yesterday as well as port a number over for me which took hours and even into the next business day.. he made the process as smooth as possible and Im happy Im finally set up with two new lines on AT&T for my new businesses. Not to mention during the process of handling my activation, he dealt with 4-5 other customers all by himself without stopping my activation. Give this guy a raise, two thumbs up!!
