Serenity and Gavin were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were extremely knowledgeable about service plans, promotions, and devices that are tailored to my needs. Aside from their great knowledge, their hospitality was second to none. While Serenity was making sure I was 100% taken care of, I noticed Gavin teaching an elderly lady how to navigate her smartphone with endless patience and a huge smile. Definitely going back to this location for all my T Mobile needs and I highly recommend that you ask for Serenity or Gavin if you decide to do the same. Thanks guys!

NEVER AGAIN will I trust T-Mobile stores while on vacation! I visited this T-Mobile location while I was on vacation with friends. We initially went there to fix a phone screen that cracked. While I was there, I figured I ask how I can lower my bill as I pay $90 for ONE phone and nothing else. The sales rep that assisted my friend and I, came up with something to where my phone bill will become significantly lower, (as what he stated). He told me if I open a 2nd line that it would be cheaper. I didnt need one by any means but since hes telling me itll be cheaper I went with it and figured Ill give it to a friend. I spent almost 7 hours in this store that day. I asked him repeatedly that my phone bill will be cheaper than what Im currently paying. He kept saying it would be. Long story short, I get back home and about 2 weeks later I receive a bill of $300!! Not only did he add a second line, he added a 3rd line that I NEVER asked for. I dont know if its because Im from across country and knew I wouldnt be able to go back, but this was totally UNACCEPTABLE!! Please beware of this location!
