Hannah is a great sales person who helped us in every way. She is very friendly, polite and greets customers when walking in the door. She has been most helpful to us.one beautiful person inside and out. My option she is well worth a foot raise. Ya couldn’t have picked a better person for the job.

First of all, I have never had a more pleasant experience at with a mobile phone rep than I did with Jacob. Today, my fiancé and I were at the mercy of a kind professional who could help us understand our bill. Our situation was not only confusing, it was a complete landmine that required the delicate expertise of a rep like Jacob to carefully defuse it. His tireless dedication to the mission of the Uncarrier is cemented in the basic principle of retail: the customer’s needs come first. Not only did he correct a $160 error in our bill, he simultaneously helped a geriatric customer with their new smartphone. Jacob not only demonstrated proficiency in making customer service look easy, he was a proper gentleman even as T-Mo kept him on hold. He advocated for us, and for this we recognize his merit among his respective peers. We salute this man. There aren't enough of him.
