        The 3 gentlemen working at the El Con Mall location the morning of Christmas Eve were the best sales men! They were welcoming, helpful and made our switch from VZ to AT&T pleasant and quick. Their humor, kindness and professionalism was to the extreme. I highly recommend this location. Thank you Guys! I hope you all had a Merry Christmas! ***WELLLLL, unfortunately, I am back to update my experience with these representatives. 4months later.. the credit i was supposed to receive hasnt happened due to their mistakes upon our switch over from VZ, I have taken time out of my family time, work time to go in person to talk to these ppl who wanna correct things and they dont. They still til this day dont get things right. I still also arent getting correct trade in credit on the correct line it was supposed to be on. And the new manager Tiffany was supposed to call me that Monday after I last talked to her when she got the manger position at this location and to this day still havent heard from her as she has the notes the guys made when I would go in and talk to them of their wrong doing. Now they took a line off without my permission and my phone bill is going to go higher. I dont recommend this store at all. ATT for that fact.

        I went in to replace a lost phone by either activating an existing phone which I brought with me or purchasing a new device. I'm very disappointed that the store was unable to provide either option. By no real fault of the individual staff members, corporate AT&T has set them up for failure with no means of verifying my account despite having my ID with me. Stores, online, and phone-based agents can't talk to each other. Anticipate that if you ever lose your phone, replacing it will be next to impossible with this carrier.
