Avis Car Rental

This location and the company as a whole is absolute trash. Do not spend any money renting a car in Tucson through Avis. Customer service is rude and do not have to direct questions properly. Went to this Avis location to add additional driver during buisness hours, open sign on the door, no one at location to process additional driver. Had to drive 40min out of the way to another location to get a simple change completed. Buyer beware, spend your money on a rental at other companies.

Would give a negative star. Awful place to rent a car and they never have any vehicles. They should tell you over the phone that they don't accept chime debit cards which is dumb and they should state that you have to have an over 700 credit score to rent a car. I'll stick with Enterprise next time. Wouldnt have ruined my trip... thank you very much!

Rented here a few times while working at a local hospital and always receive great service. Nick was so helpful and accommodating! Will definitely rent here again while in town

Wish I could do a no star. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS. They will royally screw you over, hang up and call it a disconnect. Never give a straight answer. Send not one, not two, but three! Wrong size replacement vehicles because the one they initially rented out, had no coolant, squeaky breaks, a shredded tire, broken wipers, NO spare tire. Oh and the other three vehicles they attempted to so called "help" with, all had something wrong as well in regards to safety. No gas, coolant, breaks 40%. Roadside "assistance " is an absolute joke. Nobody listens to what the customers is clearly saying but sure has the nerve to tell you what you need. Avoid at all costs. Spend the extra dollar at a GOOD car rental. Car has expired plate to add. ****UPDATE THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE FOR THE TOW FEES AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
