        We rented a truck for moving from here, but they didnt have the truck we reserved and upgraded us for no charge. The gentleman who helped us was overall just so helpful and nice. 10/10 customer service.

        DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They are absolute scammers and have the WORST customer service I think Ive ever experienced. The young man at this store is nice enough, its not his fault but Budget as a whole is absolute garbage and I will never work with them again after this experience.

        Very impressive that we have been helped to swap same model of the car immediately. The car we rented got the nail punch into the tire and we went there to seek for the assistance. The representative told us that he doesnt have a car on hand for the swap and advise us to Phoenix airport or go to the tire shop immediately to prevents the flat tire! Its not fun at all especially during the summer time in Phoenix, Arizona. Luckily, there is a same model with early returns and we get the car swapped in few minutes! Thank you so much!
