I rented car for a week and then extended it another week and was given a price. I returned it 22 hrs early for my convenience but also thought I was being nice. They charged me over a $100 more for returning earlier because it wasn't a whole week.

Paige checked us in and checked us out. She was super friendly and had us in and out in a hot minute! I hate waiting around and I was in for check in, Maybe 2 minutes and same, for check out! Quick, friendly service.

Immediate assistance. Excellent service. You will be in and out the door with the keys to your rental in just a few minutes. Cars were clean, fueled up, smelling great and ready to go.

A traveling couple of 40 years of marriage from Spain: Disastrous, upon delivering the car to Phoenix USA, they checked it and everything was in perfect order. After 18 days, while we were already in Spain, they sent us a letter saying that they had deducted $450 for hygiene and smoking reasons. We were stunned when we received the letter, we delivered the car impeccably, we also don't smoke and we take care of the car as if it were ours. After endless complaints we have not recovered our money. A real robbery. The case, in case anyone doesn't believe it, has the reference [T8173B007] U670478443. Be careful to pay maximum attention to the delivery and what you contract, they are not trustworthy. We remain perplexed to this day.
