My daughter and I stayed one night for a parent orientation at a nearby University. From our arrival to our check out, everything was fantastic! The staff was very welcoming and kind, everything throughout the facility was clean and in working order. The room was comfortable and clean, pool and hot tub were a great temperature and plenty of seating on the pool deck. Complimentary breakfast was of great quality and well-stocked with a lot of choices, even with a lot of people eating! Samantha at the front desk was exceptional! She was welcoming, and made our stay that much better by answering all of my questions, and just being so very helpful and hospitable. The hotel is in a great location for visiting the Universities, attending sporting events or just visiting downtown.

This hotel left a lot to be desired. First, the location is great being a quick walk from Downtown Phoenix, and right next to the ASU Downtown Phoenix campus. The staff were very friendly during my stay. The parking at this hotel is free which is nice. Its also nice to have a laundry room which allowed me to do my laundry. But a lot of things need to be improved on. First, in my hotel room when the water ran from the bathroom sink, it smelled like sewage. I am not sure why it smelled, but it was unacceptable. Second, the couch in the room was filthy. It had stains on it which may have been throw up, or a spilled drink. Third, the shower is very strange. It is very hard to get hot water and when hot water does come out, it will randomly fluctuate between hot and cold. Fourth, the window was terribly insulated. You could hear everything going on outside from cars driving by, to planes, to people talking on the ground. I was on the third floor too. When trying to sleep, it felt like I had the window open even though it was closed. The breakfast was mediocre at best. I payed $233 a night to stay here for four nights. For being one of the most expensive hotels in Downtown Phoenix these issues shouldnt be happening. I hope the hotel can improve on those things to make it better, because I am very disappointed paying so much money for that. Rooms: Room was okay. The sink smelled like sewage whenever the water ran. Shower is very strange. It randomly fluctuates between hot and cold water, and it is very hard to get hot water. Couch was very filthy, having lots of stains on it. Nearby activities: If you are coming to Phoenix for a sport or an event in downtown, this hotel is close to Chase Field, Footprint Center, and the Convention Center.

Horrible and traumatic, almost $400 for one night because Bad Bunny was around.... Well, not everyone knows who Bad Bunny is.... Room smelled like if someone smoked cigarettes there for years.... I'm a cripple, so I was desperate to find a room.... But c'mon!!!!! Almost $400 for a night because of smelly bunny, or whatever her name is!!!
