Checked in very late due to delayed flight and was stranded. Called in prior to booking and spoke to Ros. Ros took great care of us even though her shift ended, she still selflessly checked us in because the one on duty was pre-occupied. Thats what great customer service looks like! Though we had a horrible flight experience, her hospitality and sincere accommodation made up for our long strenuous journey! Our rooms were a haven!! Marriott needs to emulate more of her!!! She met ALL our requests!! AWESOME CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!! Rooms: Room was remodeled (Modern appeal) and towels smelled great!!!

I was welcomed in with a smile from the receptionist and a bottle of refreshing water. The reception area was clean and not cluttered. When I arrived at my room I had an issue with my key that was resolved within minutes. It turned out that it was my issue and not an issue with the door. The breakfast in the morning was good and the breakfast area was well attended to by the staff. Overall, I would refer this hotel to anyone travelling for business or pleasure with kids.
