        Great hotel but the shower was not great in my room it would back up n I should have said something but I would forget or was to tired

        The bed is really good and the pool was nice also. Front desk staff and valet staff were really nice. Great hotel! Would recommend.

        Complete and utter dissapointment. Let's start with the rooms - remote to tv did not fully work, toilet would not flush unless you took the lid off and lifted handle, shower flooded the bathroom and coffee maker did not work. Now the service - I had an early meeting on the East Coast, so when I realized at 5am the coffee maker did not work I called the front desk in which I was told I would either be sent some coffee from the bar or a new coffee maker. At 6:30, an hour and half later, someone showed up with a new coffee maker. I made a cup and got a phone call that they were sending up some coffee from the bar, so I disposed of the cheap room coffee and waited....the coffee never showed up. I guess you don't always get what you pay for.
