One of the single greatest hotel/rental experiences of our lives. 4 adults slept comfortably. Had all the comforts of home. Couldnt have been happier. Thank you!

What a cool concept! Having a hotel "room" that was like a fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment was nice. The location made it easy for me to walk pretty much everywhere downtown while I was visiting, the bed was extremely comfortable, the room overall was very clean. Only thing with the location is it being surrounded by bars, one of the bars had a light that shined directly into my room at night and the music was loud - I think for certain rooms a heads up would've been nice but it wasn't a huge issue.

A great location, like and rb&b no lobby but, a big but! no parking lot, so you have to found a parking near by and pay for it, the are many around it. Add it to your budget. 25-40 dlls daily The bed its not comfortable. Yet we have a great time in Phoenix

Rooms were clean. Great location for food choices - Sushi, Mexican food, cute coffee spot all super convenient. The only problem is it is very noisy. - But regardless, I will be back!! Safety: Security gates provided good sense of security. Area felt relatively safe as well. Walkability: Great morning walk to convention center or back after dinner in downtown Food & drinks: Lots of great food choices nearby

The bed was the only good thing about the hipster container known as the Sonder Ida. The worst thing was the location, being right next to multiple bars with loud club music blaring until 2am and then rowdy people yelling and speeding off in their vehicles. Ear plugs are a necessity at the Sonder Ida if you want to get any sleep. These containers should be much more sound proof than they are. The coffee pot in our unit didn't work, we didn't know until after we purchased coffee to brew. We had to hang a sheet to cover the large window in the kitchen above the sink so the taco truck crowds and bar folk couldn't watch us walking around our unit. There should be a pull down shade on this window for privacy and light blockage. The photos online really make the Sonder Ida look a lot more quality than it is. This unit advertised a shower/bath. There was no bathtub & only a tiny closet shower. There was no hook to hang your hand towel by the sink. I really wish we would have stayed in a real hotel near the Footprint center for not much more cost than what we paid to stay at the Sonder Ida, next time we will. Walkability: 17 min walk to the Footprint center. We also walked to a Safeway for groceries. Food & drinks: The Songbird Cafe next door was a cute coffee shop, but their $5 pour overs were weak & they only have oat and almond milk. Noteworthy details: You have to have ear plugs and a sleep mask because these containers are very bright and noisy. Very modern, simple decor, definitely not plush or cozy. We didn't discover the porch/balcony ontop of the building until our last night, but it was nice to have a cup of tea up there and look out over the city.
