Long term care M S, CNA female married with 2 kids started sexual affair with neighbor male married with 1 kid, across the hall. 3 years and they are still involved? CNA changes our meeting times to meet their schedule with out reporting to her supervisor. Or uses her kids to change times plus she does not feel well, never tells her supervisor she is changing my times of our meetings. I ask her to tell Klarus I want a new CNA, after a years of these changes. They have only 1 CNA, Management DID NOT SEE THAT TO BE A PROBLEM? I now have a new company with long term health care. Nurse, physical therapist, CNA. I was not going to stay with a company that was immoral or promoted immorality. Or at reprimanded or fined, 2 weeks no pay? The company will take a loss unexpectedly from strange ways they will not understand.

I have been a nurse for 17 years and Klarus is the most unorganized, unprofessional and incompetent company I have ever worked for. Most of my patients suffered because these people running the place had no idea what they were doing. I was frustrated on a daily basis. Beware of this place, both employees and patients. I wouldn't go near them.

Do Not recommend this company!!! Really need 0 ratings. Pay and schedule is always messed up. Office people don't know what there doing. Rude alot of the times. Your either over worked or next to no hours. Loved my patients tho.
