By far one of the best places I've worked at ! This job may not be for everyone, and that's ok - for those that were born to help and care for others, this is perfect! A raise every 3 months, mileage paid, flexible hours, I love the staff, and of course each individual client as well! thanks FirstLight!

I've worked for First Light Homecare for 7 years! I love the environment that I work in! The clients are like family and my employers are as well! I know that I am not just another number to them. I know that I am appreciated for all of my hard work! If your looking for a career with flexible hours this is it! My children were pretty young when I started and I have been able to work out my schedule so that I could attend school functions, take my kids back and forth to school and be a part of my kids lives. I was given 3 non-medical transportation recommendations by my doctors staff. I reached out to all 3 companies via their websites. First Light Home Care was the only one that followed up. They all went above and beyond: Lesley followed up via email and phone call to set up transportation, Devon was so patient and stayed late on a Friday night to help me complete my paperwork for my Monday appointment, and Kelli was so sweet and kind while driving me back home. Best customer service and worth every penny!
