We used Touching Hearts for the care of our mother. They went above and beyond to ensure her care was covered. All of the caregivers were tremendous and they took a big burden off of our shoulders. I would definitely recommend.

I have had the privilege for the last year to work for the Touching Hearts at Home company out of the Englewood location. In that time, I witnessed a "phenomenal" professionally run organization. As a caregiver, I was treated with respect and always made aware that I was truly appreciated. The office staff went out of their way to ensure that the employees were comfortable with the caseload that they were given. In addition to how well they treated their employees, I was also very impressed with how they managed those in their care. The patients' and their families needs were of the utmost importance. There were so many times when the Touching Hearts group would go over and beyond to accommodate families individual needs. I have been in the health care field for over 20 years, and I can truly say that this company ranks as one of the best. I wouldn't hesitate one moment to entrust my family member to their care. Ryan and his team are fantastic! They're responsive and really try hard to find a good match. Our caregiver is wonderful...just the right touch for my dad. Caring for an older adult is challenging and it's important to have good support. Touching hearts is a kind and professional partner. We truly appreciate their attention, understanding, and flexibility!

Touching Hearts is such a beautiful service that provides quality, loving care. I have worked here for a few years during my free time in nursing school. The staff has been so flexible and understanding throughout my constantly changing schedule between lab, class and clinical rotations. Ryan leads a great team at this Touching Hearts location! They care so deeply about their clients and their employees. I love my phone calls with Michelle, Karina, Perla and Ashley, and I know the clients always enjoy their visits as well. Touching Hearts is intentional about pairing the caregiver with a family, ensuring that they are a good match. I have loved working here and would recommend it as not only a place of employment but as a truly compassionate care service for their family.
