Every time I have to sue this pharmacy due to my insurance I have issues getting meds. They are such a hassle to deal with and more than once have delivered my meds late. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. you get a different answer every person you talk to you. Horrible communications and customer service. Take your business else where even if it costs you a little more cause it is not you insurances preferred pharmacy aka they are cheap!!!

Clearly there are many negative reviews so maybe Im the exception. I hope that in the past few months since I have needed Accreedo specialty pharmacy, something has changed for the better. Ive never used their regular pharmacy. My experience with the Accredo specialty pharmacy has been fantastic with shipping my injections, reminding me to order the next 4, tossing in the extra stuff, and working with me and the manufacturer of my injections, etc. The staff has always been over-the-top nice on the phone. Everything gets to me on time and they always make sure Im not running out. So far, so good. They have made it easy for me.

I wish I could rate ZERO STARS...... This is the WORST. COMPANY. EVER. Terrible customer service, terrible billing. Was just told that I cannot receive my monthly injection because I have a past-due amount. Never got an invoice. They said they emailed me, but I never saw anything in my email. So now, right after Christmas, I have to find a way to pay for the last THREE injections that I received before I can receive my next one. I need to pay $360 all at once, because they failed to do their jobs. (I spoke to someone on the phone for all 3 injections, and not ONCE was I asked to pay a co-pay) Thanks for less than nothing.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! I have to get medication through here and the first time, they promised me my meds on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and they didn't come until noon on Black Friday. I couldn't get it administered until Monday because of the holiday so I spent the holidays alone, waiting for my meds, and hemorrhaging. Now I called in advance of my refill to make sure they don't mess it up again, and they took my insurance and refill, told me I was good to go. I called back a few days later to make sure and I learned that my new insurance is not on file and that the order has not even been placed. Now my meds are hopefully going to make it in on time but who knows. I talked to my doctor to change pharmacies because anyone in charge of life saving medication should not handle their business like this and literally put their customers in dangerous and life-threatening situations. I have never had a worse customer experience, Accredo has caused me stress and pain beyond description.
