image Prices are very expensive, just to get my dogs nails trimmed was 38.00. the visit itself was less than a half hour.

image Dr. Kermit Smith has taken care of all of my dogs and cats for the past 14 years. I trust him and the staff here at Norco is always willing to help. One of my dogs is a special needs lab that they've on occasion had to carry all 89 lbs of him into the building! They've been great with him.

image Place is now going downhill since Gonzales left. Dama lies on documentation/"forgets to input notes". Take your baby elsewhere!

image Place was clean and they had short wait times which was nice. But if you are making an appointment for something specific double and triple check with them when making the appointment. Wasted a trip and money to find out the information given on the phone about services available was incorrect. Cost for Rabies vaccines was double what my normal vet charges.

Business Response on Google May 13th, 2023
We apologize for any recent frustration or communication issues you've experienced, Ariana. We hope to have an opportunity to speak with you about your concerns and ask that you please contact our hospital manager at [email protected]. Thank you.

image (TW fetus) Honestly didnt have a good experience but i understand the circumstances were different. visited i believe in october and it still bothers me. Very nice office. the parking is pretty bad but if you go at the right time it wont be so bad.
as for my experience, i adopted a stray kitten (~6mo) in july of last year and she turned out to be pregnant, she unexpectedly gave birth at home and her kittens unfortunately were still in the fetus stage, no hair and very small and some of their ears and eyes hadnt fully developed. it was a sad sight but for a moment they were moving and warm and so we rushed mama and babies to this vet.
the compassion was lacking. it took a while for anyone to attend us even after i explained that they were probably on the verge of death and didnt have much of a chance, she didnt even let me finish explaining before telling me that shed have to charge me like $70 per kitten and i just kept saying i wanted them to look in the box and tell me if theres anything to do, i get thats her job and procedure but i wasnt even sure if an exam is possible or necessary and she just kept repeating that shed have to charge me. im fine with paying its just that she wasnt hearing me. Then a couple of tech assistants came out and ooh and aahd and said theyd never seen fetuses or kittens that young, and one of the young ladies look the box to the back to check. the excitement was off but whatever. then she came out and with a big smile told me they were all dead. Listen, i wasnt naive to the fact that they probably wouldnt make it, but i had never seen anything give birth, this was my first kitten and she was severely underweight and young to be having kittens and the whole experience was very traumatic and i definitely looked stressed out so their reactions and customer service was unsettling. One of the techs after noticed how uncomfortable i was and said oh it is a sad situation too.. like as an afterthought.
Expensive, but skilled doctors, polite staff, clean and nice office, however just odd experience. I dont plan on ever returning.
