Wish I could give them a ZERO! Here is my email I sent them, Please remove us from your system as patients. Your front office staff are incompetent and your business doesnt deserve good paying patients. Your hold times are ridiculous and the attitude of the staff when there is rude, stuck up, and lacking. I have tried to be polite and patient but enough is enough and Im done with you all. There have been NUMEROUS times that I have called to get help and you are never there for us even when we need semi urgent care. I will be putting out negative reviews on all the platforms. Not sure any more needs to be said except STAY AWAY and give your money to a better deserving Dr. And Staff that actually cares.

Been going here since my fur baby was 8 weeks old. He is now 8. We moved about 45 mins away and continued to come here. Always had a great experience until recently. Called to schedule an appt and ended up speaking to someone that was so rude and uncaring it caused me to find another practice. Really disappointed that they've perhaps grown in size and don't care about losing long time customers. Shame on you Dr. Card and your rude, uncaring staff!

Amy Card is such a wonderful vet. All of my animals go here. They are so nice and friendly every time we come and are amazing in what they do

I love all of the staff from front desk to the Dr's. Everyone is so caring and mindful of all aspects of care for your fur family. Highly recommend them!
