        Very happy living here but the rent increases in the past two years will soon force me to find another place to live.

        It is a nice place to live. Convenient to be able to walk right in from our garage to our townhouse apartment with our walkers or canes, no steps. But going up in price this year, $147.00 is ridiculous. No upgrades or anything to improve the apartment. Next year well be looking maybe for something else. Raises in the last year of $84 to $147 is nuts when youre on social security. I hope next year goes back to normal. I hate to move from a place we enjoy.
