        As for maintenance, the guys are very professional and explain things so my wife can understand . I gave 3 stars, because on numerous occasions, I have had concerns, and nothing has been done. In may I was promised a new sink, and counter, because it means so much I can't put an egg on it cause it will roll off. Never was contacted by the office when they could do it.We are still waiting for this to be done and it's getting worse. We like living here, but some updates have to be done. Thank you.
